Please note that due to the changes around EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we are in an ongoing process of refining our privacy policy and therefore currently only can provide an English version. Please excuse the inconvenience caused and we will do our best to provide a translated version as soon as possible.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for www.pinhok.com (“the Site”). This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by and via this website and the use of those by the Site’s owner Wohok Solutions Limited (“the Owner”).

Analytics

Like most websites on the internet, we do use analytics software to get an impression of how many people are visiting the Site, where they are from and what they click on. We need this information to be able to improve our products based on e.g. what language people are most interested in.

We use Matomo (formerly Piwik) hosted on our own server in Singapore to gather statistical data. IP addresses are stored in an anonymized way by removing the last 2 bytes (e.g. 192.168.0.0). All logs (records containing data like those anonymized IP addresses) are automatically deleted after 90 days, only the aggregate reports for that day and month are kept in the system.

If you have set the "I do not want to be tracked" feature in your web browser, your visit to this website won't be tracked. Alternatively you can also use the box below to stop being tracked by this website:

Server Logs

The server temporarily stores your IP address and other information sent to the server via your browser. This is necessary to allow firewalls and other security features to work properly, defend the Site against e.g. DDOS attacks and as a result ensure that the Site can deliver its services and content to you, the user. Server logs are deleted automatically after 7 days.

Cookies

We don't use any cookies on this website.

Contact Form

The Owner is the sole owner of the non-Personal Information sent by you via the contact form of the Site and can use the content of the communication for whatever the Owner deems appropriate.

The contact form is the only place on this website where Personal Information is collected and stored as such on a permanent basis. The information isn't stored on the server directly but sent over to us in the form of an email and stored in our email accounts on Hover.com and Office 365.

You can request the deletion of all your email/contact form related Personal Information using the Site’s contact form. Please note that both email service providers do keep backups of our emails which might take a couple of months to be deleted. Please also note, that the email servers where our emails are stored might be outside of the EU which means the information you send to us via the contact form, including your Personal Information, can potentially be stored in any country where Hover or Microsoft have servers.

GDPR

Changes have been made to the Site's setup and the privacy policy to comply with the new regulations in Europe set out under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Should you have any questions or requests related to GDPR, please reach out to us using the Site’s contact form

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, the Owner, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. As security measure number one we, the Owner, strive to collect as little Personal Information as possible. The Owner also strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, however, the Owner cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Updates

the Site’s Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on this page. The English version of this privacy policy is the legally binding one.

If you feel that the Owner is not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact the Owner immediately using the Site’s contact form.
